Introduction to Kanban

When: September 17, 2011 – 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (PT)

Facilitators: Pascal Pinck(Growth Plus)

This class is designed for people who are curious about Kanban, or have experimented on occasion but don’t have extensive first-hand experience.

Learning goal: we will deepen our understanding of lean thinking and pull systems for collaborative knowledge work through conversation, hands-on exercises, and work in small groups.

Format: Pull-based co-learning. This means that participants are invited to help shape the curriclum, share knowledge and insights, and in general take a strong role in shaping their learning experience.

Facilitators: Pascal Pinck, Growth Plus;

Arriving: Because the format is deeply collaborative, participants are expected to arrive on time.

Snacks and Lunch will be served.

Suggested reading: It is highly recommended that you read one of two books before the class begins.
