Introduction to Kanban

This class is designed for people who are curious about Kanban, or have experimented on occasion but don’t have extensive first-hand experience.
Learning goal: we will deepen our understanding of lean thinking and pull systems for collaborative knowledge work through conversation, hands-on exercises, and work in small groups.
Format: Pull-based co-learning. This means that participants are invited to help shape the curriclum, share knowledge and insights, and in general take a strong role in shaping their learning experience.
Facilitators: Pascal Pinck, Growth Plus;
Arriving: Because the format is deeply collaborative, participants are expected to arrive on time.
Snacks and Lunch will be served.
