This is what past participants say about Bachan's training:

Joann McIntyre  Joann McIntyre,Engineering Program Manager at Hewlett-Packard

Bachan presented an eight hour Agile & Scrum Training session on 2/14/2013 in Englewood Colorado. The training format, the excercises and the tools he used to guide the class through the concepts made it easy to follow and understand the Scrum Framework and the role of a Scrum Master. The pace of the training was very appropriate and Bachen displayed expert knowledge of Scrum as he was able to clearly answer questions from class participants as well as to guide us into understanding the creative power of the process. Bachen is a well practiced trainer as was made apparent by this session. I highly recommend him as Scrum Trainer.

Debra K CSM Debra K CSM Project Manager, Microsoft Dynamics

I attend Bachan's Agile and Scrum training as a refresher class for my CSM certification. I was pleased to rediscover the benefits of Scrum through Bachan's creative teaching and insightful applications of Scrum. His background as an architect makes for an in depth understand of Scrum toward technology but he also elaborates on business process principles that make Scrum applicable to other industries. I highly recommend Bachan's classes.

Brent Cutcliffe Brent Cutcliffe ,EVP - Client Services at Qwinix Technologies, Inc.
Bachan did a great job explaining Scrum concepts, controlling the pace of the class and fielding questions.

Susan Kuehn , says...
““Before attending the seminar I thought I understood Scrum but I was wrong. Bachan took us thru the methodology and more important took a deep dive into the roles and responsibilities involved with Scrum. This truly was valuable for me as I had a very vague understanding of the Scrum Masters and Product Owners true roles. Excellent experience I highly recommend attending to anyone who is considering Agile and Scrum for their busin
\"Agile is being adopted widely now than ever before. It behooves all project professionals to learn and practice the principles of this methodology. FAQs

1. What is the spirit behind the ‘Pay it Forward’/ ‘Donation Only’ Program?

The spirit behind the Pay it Forward Program is that money should not be a barrier for learning about Agile and Scrum. Each class has an early bird price, a list price, and a suggested donation. If any of these prices are still too high, then there is the “Pay it Forward/ Donation Only” option: pay what you can afford! This option would enable many who could otherwise have not attended this class, to enroll and benefit from it.

2. Why is it called ‘Pay it Forward’/ ‘Donation Only’ course?

This course is funded on a donation-basis, where the attendees quote their own price.

Although it is a donation-only training, like any other training, we do have some basic expenditures like paying for the trainer’s hotel and travel expenses, the training room, etc. Therefore, we ask that those who can pay the regular and early-bird prices to do their bit, so that everyone can attend the course.

Our purpose for conducting these classes is to spread awareness about Scrum, as we strongly believe in its capacity to transform workplaces for the better. We would like EVERYONE to benefit from this new way of working and so we have mitigated the cost factor from our Pay it Forward/Donation Only classes. In short, these classes enable us to give back to the community.

3. What is your Enrollment Policy ?

Due to the interactive nature of the class, we need a minimum of 8 people to run a training. Registration may be open until an hour before the class, but please register early to reduce the chances of the class getting canceled.

Full refund will be given if you cancel within 48hrs of registration, else the funds can be used for a future training with us.

If we cancel a training due to some reason, you will receive a full refund.

4. Is this is a certified training course?

No, this is NOT a certified training course. However, you can earn 8PDUs for attending this course.

To receive certification, you must attend the regular Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)/Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) classes.

How are the Pay it Forward classes different from the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) classes?

5. How is this training different from the 2-day certified trainings?

The 2-day certified trainings (Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)/Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)) offer an in-depth understanding of Scrum and the role of a ScrumMaster/Product Owner. At the end of these trainings, there is a certification exam from Scrum Alliance.

On the other hand, the Pay it Forward class is a 1-day course offering a basic overview of Scrum and its various components. There is no certification to this class.
