This is what past participants say about Bachan's training:

Kristin Weber Kristin Weber ,Sr. Project Manager at Redwood Trust
" I attended an Agile & Scrum Training taught by Bachan. While I am a Certified ScrumMaster, it had been a while since I had an Agile project and felt I needed a refresher. I got so much more out of the process than I ever expected. There were exercises throughout which drove home the concepts in a way I'd never experienced. Bachan is a wonderful instructor in the ways you'd expect. But he is also an active listener able to reframe our responses so that we could understand the subtle differences between Agile/Scrum and other approaches we might have used before. I feel so much more confident in my ability to be an effective ScrumMaster after taking this course and heartily recommend Bachan.
Daniel Kimberlin Daniel Kimberlin ,Business Systems Analyst at Enterprise Mobile
" Fantastic! The one day Agile/Scrum Training that my team attended was nothing less than fantastic. Great knowledge of the subject, great skill at breaking difficult concepts down to make it easy to digest. The day flew by because of the engaging way Bachan presented.
Karen Borchgrevink Karen Borchgrevink ,Execution Strategist at YWCA San Gabriel Valley / HealthYlife Meals
" Bachan gave a 1-day Scrum workshop that was chock-full of the basics, illustrated with hands-on activities that brought the Scrum principles to life. The equilateral triangle experiment was a fun lesson in self-organization. Scrum team roles & process were clearly described. A great learning experience - thanks!

Agenda

The following elements will be covered during the one day course

You’ve been hearing the lingo – Time-boxing, Product Backlog Grooming, Retrospectives, Potentially Shippable Product, Self-organization, the Daily Scrum – the list goes on…but what do these ideas really mean and why do they matter to you?

Attend this course to understand the Scrum jargon and to learn how to apply Scrum in software and non-software projects.

At the end of the training the participants will have the confidence and understanding to begin to socialize Scrum at their own organization and support teams in improving their processes.
You will earn 8 PDUs from this course, and you will also receive a certificate of participation from Conscires Agile Practices.

““Before attending the seminar I thought I understood Scrum but I was wrong. Bachan took us thru the methodology and more important took a deep dive into the roles and responsibilities involved with Scrum. This truly was valuable for me as I had a very vague understanding of the Scrum Masters and Product Owners true roles. Excellent experience I highly recommend attending to anyone who is considering Agile and Scrum for their busin
\"Agile is being adopted widely now than ever before. It behooves all project professionals to learn and practice the principles of this methodology. Eduardo Martinez Eduardo Martinez, Project Manager and Business Analyst at ELGE Martinez Consulting, LLC

" Mr. Bachan demonstrates that he manages very well the topics and I was impressed the way and the style he used training the audience helping to understand the scrums foundations and the roles and the approach to adopt the Agile methodology.
The training was very interesting. Some of the topics that I enjoyed most was the Scrum Roles Details where it was identified all the traditional Project Manager responsibility aligned within the Agile Methodology. And also, I enjoyed learning about the technique used to Planning, Estimation Sprint and the Scrum Diagram.
Thanks Mr. Bachan for your time and dedication to this training. I think that Agile Practices is something that you should consider as an option if you want to improve your way to deliver software solution.

Grahame Price Grahame Price, Director of Software Development at BuilderMT

" Bachan's Scrum Master training was very effective and informative. I learned a lot in a short period of time, due to his intuitive methods and presentation style. He is excellent when dealing with a group of people who have different skill levels and got everyone involved effectively in the group exercises, which were key to learning the team concepts.

I would recommend Bachan as a trainer and facilitator - he knows his subject and is able to transfer that knowledge effectively.
