This session is about exploring how Agile principles, practices, and values like self organization, collaboration, and iterative approach to problem solving can be used in a non IT environment. This includes, but not limited to non profit organizations, churches, education institutions, and other social organizations.

We believe that Agile principles can make a big difference in the work place, and we want to make a bigger difference by exposing it to socially active organizations, and so we are extending this invitation to you. Who is the speaker?
Tobias Mayer has been involved with the Agile and Scrum movement for quite a few years, and he has helped many others effectively apply Scrum in non-IT environments.
