VISION and GOALS

I believe like any other organization it is key for an IT organization and more over a team to have a vision and specific goals. In that way there is a sense of direction and accountability for the action from the managment and from the team members . What can be worse that people coming into work for just fixing defects ( DEV) or creating defects ( QA) . How wonderful would it be if they come in to work everyday , working towards the team and company goal which is inline with the company vision.
