2-Day Agile & Scrum Workshop

Our trainings are aimed at instilling the core beliefs of Agile and Scrum and creating a transparent and collaborative environment where the team succeeds as a single entity. The Workshop uses interactive learning tools along with Scrum methods to provide instruction on foundational principles and practices of Scrum.

The learning objectives for participants are to draw a Scrum diagram, write a business feature, create a sprint backlog, demonstrate self-organization, inspect and adapt, and collaboration.
